Ireland and Wales will be play one of their most important rugby matches in their history when they face each other at the Wellington Stadium on Saturday morning (07:00 SA time).
It’s the first quarterfinal of the 2011 Rugby World Cup, Ireland have opted for reliability and experience while Wales will count on youth and the element of surprise, it can go either way.

So, we're just a fortnight
away from the biggest sporting event in the rugby calendar, the Rugby World
Cup. The squad has been named, all that is left is for the boys to give their
all in the field of play in an attempt to do what no team has ever done,
defending a Rugby World Cup title.

How serious are they?

PdV made a comment after the game saying ‘we only lost on the scoreboard’- well that’s where the game is determined and paying fans enjoyment or disappointment is determined. For a fan paying big money to attend a test match and then hearing comments like that made by the coach is not good as that comment suggests the team was using it more as a practice game then a Tri Nations test.
